Fishbowl, and JTECH, will jointly deploy HostAlert Loyalty, a breakthrough guest loyalty service that recognizes members at the front end when they enter the restaurant, enabling the operator to immediately impact the guest experience with personalized service.
HostAlert Loyalty is the industry's first loyalty system to impact the guest experience on-premise as well as to extend that relationship outside the restaurant with targeted, timely eMail messages.
HostAlert Loyalty will combine JTECH's HostAlert Guest Management system, developed in partnership with Ameranth Wireless, for table and wait list management with the industry-leading, database-driven eMail marketing of Fishbowl's Guest Loyalty program. Together, these services offer restaurants the ability to provide personalized service to loyal guests from arrival through dining, and beyond. When a guest identifies themselves as a loyalty member upon entering the restaurant, the HostAlert Loyalty system is able to determine the guest's frequency level right at the host stand by accessing the local store member database.
Rules-based pager messaging in-store notifies managers and service staff of VIP, frequent diner, or other guest types.
Knowing a guest's dining frequency upon arrival, managers are able to provide a range of personalized services from stopping by the table to thank the guest for coming to a complementary dessert for VIP guests. Compared to traditional loyalty cards that are presented at time of payment, HostAlert Loyalty allows the restaurant to influence the current guest experience, building greater loyalty and dining frequency. Outside the restaurant, personalized, automated loyalty eMail communications reinforces the importance of each guest.
